Text Message Marketing Meets Your Customers Where They Are

It’s Tuesday morning and the sun is just coming over the horizon. It’s going to be a beautiful day and you want to let everyone know to come to YOUR car wash and not your competitors, so what do you do? It’s simple, you just send a text message to 5000 of your customers in about 30 seconds and fill your bays with happy smiling clean car customers. I didn’t think so, at least that’s the word on the street, but it’s time to take care of business even if you don’t want to.

Do car wash owners need to engage in social media, public review sites, email and text marketing? The answer is YES. Print advertising and email do still work and you can continue to use them, but it’s like saying ‘Oh I’ll just take the wagon across the country instead of this Mustang because it still gets me there. That’s madness. Yes, it’s true the wagon will get you there, but the Mustang will do the same job in a fraction of the time. So, yes, if you want to accelerate your business and take it to the next level, you need to incorporate a plan to tackle these different resources head on and we believe implementing a solid text message marketing plan is all you need to get the ball rolling.
